Music Director

Jordan Buchholtz is a pianist, organist, collaborator, and teacher. As an active performer, she regularly works and performs with both vocalists and instrumentalists as well as local chamber ensembles in and around the Twin Cities in Minnesota. She is excited to be the new principal organist at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Recent projects include playing for Skylark Opera’s production of Amahl and the Night Visitors December 2021 and March 2022 playing for An Opera Theatre’s production of Benjamin Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia, and the Bach’s Society’s concert Bach and Spirituals May 2022. She will be the music director of St. Croix Valley Opera’s Figaro for Kids a musical outreach planned for the fall of 2022. Every June she looks forward to returning to the Dorian Summer Music Camps at Luther College as both a piano teacher and collaborator.
