The Holiday Concert of the Year
This December, the voices behind the world's biggest crossover holiday tours come home to the St. Croix Valley. Tenor Jay Dref, featured for five years on Sarah Brightman's holiday world tours, joins Billboard-charting soprano Laura Auer and pianist Neill Campbell for an evening of Bocelli and Groban favorites, Broadway anthems, opera's greatest hits, and the music of the season. Gather your family, invite your friends, and start your holidays with us in the heart of downtown Stillwater.

SCVO & Hometown for the Holidays: Holiday Hope Toy Drive!
This season, St. Croix Valley Opera is thrilled to join Hometown for the Holidays and Community Thread in supporting the Holiday Hope Toy Drive, making a difference for local children and families in need.
On Saturday, December 19, as Laura Auer & Jay Dref light up Trinity Lutheran Church with music, St. Croix Valley Opera will also help light up the season for local children and families through Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program. As part of Stillwater’s Hometown for the Holidays festivities, our concert night is an official Holiday Hope collection opportunity right here in the St. Croix Valley.
We would be especially grateful if you are able to bring a new, unwrapped toy with you to the show and drop it in the Holiday Hope collection bin in the Trinity Lutheran Church lobby that evening. These gifts will join donations gathered across Stillwater through Hometown for the Holidays events—like the Toy Trolley on Main Street—to stock Community Thread’s Holiday Hope “gift room,” where local families can select presents that will truly brighten their celebrations.
Your ticket already supports world-class music in our hometown; adding a toy is a simple way to extend that spirit of joy and generosity to neighbors who need it most this season. Thank you in advance for helping St. Croix Valley Opera, Community Thread, and Hometown for the Holidays share hope, one family at a time.
